Cheers guys. I'll try and get a pic of the command squad for you. In truth that unit is getting re done as a standard 6 man Jetbike squad. It just doesn't work. It's completely outclassed in every game as it will get beaten by other close combat units. A 5+ invun save is just not good enough. 20 games now and it's seen combat in 2 games.

 

I want to add a couple of Vindicator and a Dreadclaw and then I think I'm done until the Scars specific stuff comes out

Evening all

So I'm not going to lie I give up trying to manage a WiP thread so I thought I would give you an army update. Was at Warhammer world this weekend and managed to get an army pic. This is the Scars at 4500 points. I still have some plans to change things and honestly I think I'm going to drop the command squad. I will do a separate post when I get some decent photos of the army and individual units. Any thoughts would be great!

Apart from the quality, which is great, that is what I mostly aim to field one day with the Scars :)

Thanks for the kind comments caprera. I'm afraid this thread is dead though as this army has moved on to a new owner. I am re building the Scars and taking more time over the paint job so should get a better result. You're welcome to follow my progress which has literally just started in this thread.
