I would rather use everything I have painted, but I am somewhat flexible.

 

Here is an Idea I came up for a list, bold means it is staying in the list for sure:

Ok, should be a doable army with what you have. Note that Siege Tyrants aren't scoring in 30k, so they won't be grabbing any objectives late game.

Gave the big Tactical Squad additional chainswords for some melee punch. The 10-man Tactical squad can ride in the Proteus if they need to get somewhere quick. Siege Breaker gains Cataphractii armour and a chainfist - gives some melee anti-tank to the Tyrant unit. Pretty much kept everything else as you had it!

 

Note that you can move the Proteus back to a Dedicated Transport for the Tyrants, picking up a HS slot. Maybe consider a Hammer of Olympia force for bigger games, as you will probably want another HS slot with 2 Vindicators, and will only need 3 more Tacticals to meet the 3 Troops requirements. :)
