Guard YouTube Resources and Tactica discussion

Maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to find any good sources for guard on youtube, like unit breakdowns, tactics videos, or anything like that. I can find tons for Space Marines but not any for guard.

Can someone help out?

Also I'd like to discuss tactics and force multiplication. Want to hear things that y'all do that I might not have though of.

Not youtube but I read these and found them useful

This channel apparently has some

Not sure of the quality though

Are you looking for good batreps or just tactics/review videos?  I've watched most of the stuff below.  All of it is good background noise as you model/paint.  I'm sure most of what they say has been covered in various B&C threads... but still worth watching.

Commisar Warwick tactics playlist:

Miniwargammer Jay's Imperial Guard Codex Review (part 1 - sidebar links to part 2, 3, etc):

Emperors Canaries tactics (have not watched all of these myself):

Tactica Imperalis codex review playlist:

Do you want links to non-video stuff too?  Stuff like:

Dang, Nismogrendel coming through with the resources. Thanks guys, keep it coming, I'm always looking for more IG resources. Help me out by exposing me to ideas that I hadn't thought about.

I got Yarrick after hearing about him and looking at his rules, I can use him to provide orders to my Stormies. And If I take a bare bones CCS it doesn't matter if he dies, he can't be my warlord, but I get a senior officer up front to issue orders to my stormies. And I have 2 officers, one for senior officer orders and one for basics.

I can take that bare bones CCS and put it with my HWS and make my mortars ignore cover, or monster hunter, or whatever. If I use a dual cad set up I can plop a lord commissar in there too and get orders off on my HWS using his ld10 bubble.

an Ignores cover mortar squad is almost as good as a wyvern (I don't have any yet, I'm working on it).

I like the Fritz40k channel on YouTube. I recognize it's a lot of general tactica, deployment, using particular unit types and synergy discussion and he relates his tactics through his chaos marines, eldar, and tyranids. But I think the videos could really start a lot of good discussions on here as far as imperial guard, e.g. not just maxing out the perceived most cost effective units, but the tactical reasons justifying the use of a ratling sniper squad, or 40-man conscript squad, etc.

As an example from his recent videos, we could discuss how "alpha strike" tactics relate to guard, best practices to use or avoid it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKUqj4X-eT0 (I'm thinking Basilisks and deathstrikes discussion, or how to protect Russ's from drop pods).

Or, what guard units we'd use in a "refused flank" deployment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xQP-7URYFE (if I'm using armor instead of Platoons I often negate enemy shooting by deployment. I have a lot of fun seeking out turn 2 deployment but maybe there's a lot of nuance I haven't realized yet).

On a related note http://cadiascreed40k.blogspot.com/ has great tactica articles.
