tidalwake
Just messing around with a list, trying to be fluffy without being completely terrible to play. Let me know any tweaks that would make sense while still fitting with a theme of ultra-elite strike force. I know there are very few units on the table, but the plan is armor saturation to protect troops that hit very hard up close. HQ - 230 Sigismund - Pride of the Legion TROOPS - 2320 Legion Terminator Squad - Tartaros Armor (6) (5) Vigil Storm Shields (1) Chainfist (1) Thunder Hammer Terminator Sergeant Vigil Storm Shield Thunder Hammer Dedicated Transport: Spartan Assault Tank Armoured Cermite Flare Shield Dozer Blade Veteran Tactical Squad - Sniper (10) (2) Heavy Flamer Melta Bombs Veteran Tactical Squad - Sniper (10) (2) Heavy Flamer Melta Bombs Templar Brethren (7) (6) Combat Shields Melta Bombs Chapter Champion Combat Shield Solarite Power Gauntler Dedicated Transport: Land Raider Phobos Armoured Cermite Dozer Blade Templar Brethren (7) (6) Combat Shields Melta Bombs Chapter Champion Combat Shield Solarite Power Gauntler Dedicated Transport: Land Raider Phobos Armoured Cermite Dozer Blade Heavy Support - 450 Land Raider Proteus Armoured Cermite Dozer Blade Land Raider Proteus Armoured Cermite Dozer Blade Vets in the Proteus Raiders. No anti-air, plan is to get in combat ASAP to minimize vulnerability. Things I am not sure of and would appreciate any input on: Best load out for terminators with regards to special weapons Also considering meltaguns and tank hunters on the veterans instead of flamers and sniper Like I said, not a competitive list, just something to have fun with. Still, 5 Land Raiders should be tough enough to deal with that I get into combat somewhere. 12 twin linked lascannon shots per turn plus melta bombs on everything will hopefully be enough anti-tank if I need it.
