Brother Syddraf
Hi all I been wondering if there is a reason behind the colours of our apothecaries. Greenwing has their green with a white shoulder and white equipment and the deathwing are the same with bone coloured armour. So why does the ravenwing kick about with a full white apothecary. Do you think it was just a mistake the painters made and they have just gone along with it since or is there a fluff reason? What colour do you guys do yours? Chaplain Lucifer
I tend to just paint helmet and shoulder pads white. I guess there's no real wrong of right way... Brother dean
There is not a wrong or right way to paint Apothicaries or Chaplains. If you look at the linked picture (from an early White Dwarf) you see that Standard Imperial Battledress is 100% white, but that the White Scars Apoth is mostly red... Blood drinkers are 50/50 red/white.There really isnt a wrong way... but Chaplains and Librarians are not members of the Deathwing... http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/File:Apothecaries_RT_era.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/319176-apothecary-colours/#findComment-4304632 Share on other sites
