Agree that Magnus looks off but the rest of the art is good. I love that SW in the front who looks like he is turning to the camera ha,

I think it's a play off of the cover of fallen angels

Its happen on most of the earlier covers. A bit rarer these days due to the Primarch focus.

Horus Rising, Galaxy in Flames, Flight of the Eisenstein, Fulgrim, Descent of Angels..

Well, while I'm not a fan of Magnus on this artwork - can we be sure he still has legs and isn't in fact a floating warpghost? He kinda let physical restrictions behind on the Planet of Sorcerers...

Definitely. But his proportions comparing to his sons on the same cover are let's say strange at least. And that's definitely one of the worst Neil Roberts covers

So ist about how Magnus became whole again?

Maybe the other sorcerers, mentioned as Dramatis Personae for Wrath of Magnus will show up.

Hope that someday Hathor Maat will return. As he is the last of Ahrimans battle brothers, I would like to know of what happened to him.

Magnus won't be "whole" until the Battle of the Fang, when the last fragment gets axed.

Or was it until the final Ahriman book? I'm not clear on it, it's all a bit timey-wimey...

Ahriman before/after/before Rubric - with all the time paradoxes it's hard to tell

The fluff for Wrath of Magnus was deliciously poetic for a TS fan, and  A Thousand Sons is still my favorite HH novel by a slim margin. However, in this advancing of 40K fluff into an End Times (not like Fantasy! Worry not!) there is a new ritual I was surprised to see. But that also affects the legion.

Table Top?

Awesome.

Glad to see Magnus is keeping metal alive in 40k. Dio would be proud. \m/

Edit: After posting I realized Magnus is actually shooting lightning from the 'I love you' sign. Ah well

It's 30k biggrin.png

Oops my bad. For some reason I had wrath of magnus on my mind. Still Was only 10,000 years off. :P

Slight calibration mistake indeed :)

follow the trail of tears to the space wolves sub-forum

It's unsorted - and all I see where is rules discussion and sw comparison. it's 14 pages of sw DICKS MEASUREMENT.

So the question remains - spoilers for the Campaign please.
