Sol_Invictus
I was perusing Retribution and noticed this symbol on Ancient-Claviger Khalon on page 235. http://i470.photobucket.com/albums/rr70/sol_invictus777/20160304_161457.jpg Anyone recognize it or know anything about it? I assume it represents the union of the Mechanicum and the Imperium but would love to know more if anyone has more info. Thanks! Brother-Chaplain Kage
Looks like a variation of the Cybernetica icon. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/320031-cog-and-lightning-bolt-symbol/#findComment-4326642 Share on other sites
jeremy1391
It makes me think that the inhabitant of this dread was there when terra and Mars unified. The lightning bolt motif is often used in early imperial history in regards to unification. Sol_Invictus
Looks like a variation of the Cybernetica icon. Maybe, but I'm not sure why it would be on a dreadnought. I like that thought. Worn as an honor for those veterans present for the unification. Very cool. Machine God
Looks like a variation of the Cybernetica icon. Maybe, but I'm not sure why it would be on a dreadnought. @Sol_Invictus - Maybe as an in-joke on the Iron-Fathers part. Edit: Terminology. Sol_Invictus
Looks like a variation of the Cybernetica icon. Maybe, but I'm not sure why it would be on a dreadnought. @Sol_Invictus - Maybe as an in-joke on the Iron-Fathers part. Edit: Terminology. Humor is a weakness of the flesh. I was hoping there might have been some more information on it but if not I shall make use of it as I see fit.
