Warhound alternative model

Recommended Posts

Hi there

Let me begin with, im a student, I play Warhammer 40k on budget and I don't play tournaments, only for friendly bants. That being said I do like awesome looking models and devastating power =D

What I ask of you today is your opinion on warhound alternative modelling.

The other day I found the leviathan crusader model by Dreamforge and it looks absolutely gallus, very greyknight-ey and absolutely gorgeous, and also very cheap for a model so huge, I'm thinking of getting one and modifying its height and stature quite a lot by adding wider toed feet and extending its torso up maybe even bring its head forward slightly, this model is to go with my Skitarii+CultMech army where the army will be built around supporting and repairing the warhound, for :cusss and giggles I've written up a load of fluffy lore for the army to support its army stucture.

Any opinions or alternative options as a warhound model is warmly welcomed, and I appreciate any suggestions you have to make the model more Titan like.

Thanks again

I don't know about alternative warhound titans (unless you wanna risk getting one from china, ++shudders++), Tsipis games makes a great alternative warlord titan. I know some people have also 3d printed their own warhound titans. There's not really many options though. And the old armourcast titans if you can find them on ebay.
