Kitbash Dorn

Any suggestions how to kitbash Dorn from already released Primarchs ?

Mortarion and Guilliman are the most easily kitbashed Primarchs in my opinion, due to the neutrality of their armour. Personally I'd use Mortarion's legs and arms with Guilliman's torso, as that would give you a decent pose without too much risky cutting and resculpting. Admittedly you would still need to source some appropriately sized shoulder pads, but at a push you could do some dremel work to get Guilliman's usable as standalone pads.

You might consider Gabriel Seth's chainsword for dorns weapon. Its a giant two handed chainsword for a marine, so probably well sized for a 1 handed primarch weapon.

I don't think that Chainsword would be big enough to represent Dorn's 'colossal' reaping blow weapon. Personally I'd use one/one and a half of the chainblades from the Contemptor Chainfist. Suitably bulky and with enough room to add ornamentation.

If you wanted to do a Reay brutal one get about 5 to 10 of the Ork boy chainswords. Cut them up and then rebuild a massive one. I used one as a chainfist for a Librarian dread and it looks suitably big, just a bit stubby.

Kromlech sells a Ripper set, it has a Chainsword in it that's Primarch-sized. Model wise, I'd say Guilliman and / or Lorgar. Mortarion is too tall.
