Man that's a lot of raptors, looks like a lot of fun though. I've tried lists with two big fifteen man raptor blobs, and it might not be best choice compared to terror assault but I think it can work. 

 

Really the only change I'd make is drop that chainglaive on the preator for a paragon blade. Especially because every unit is going to take a moral check if he loses in a challenge to another preator, he really needs the best weapon possible, and not an ap3 weapon that won't cut through artificers.
