I'm aware that other legions do this better however I really like Ultras. I have a partial list and I was wondering if I could get input on where to go next? I'm stuck on deciding HQ choices as well. I have 2000pts decided on and I'm aiming for a 2500pts force. God-Potato of Mankind Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 If you run 3 troops, do you plan to use the Logos? Otherwise I'd drop one tactical and spend the points elsewhere. Seeing as you're going for static firepower, perhaps a unit of Suzerains or Terminators to act as a counter-charge unit? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ishagu Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 As a HQ, definitely consider a Forge Lord and a bodyguard unit. He can repair the tanks from the back, and his Terminator bodyguards can serve as a counter-charge unit as suggested above.
