Slips
Unless Cleared with your opponent beforehand, you cannot use Alternative Force Org Charts in conjunction with Rites of War; the only exception is Zone Mortalis since its an entirely different game mode. Cadmus Tyro
I believe you also have to have consent to even use the alternative FoC, even without the addition of a RoW. Couple of points from my limited experience using the 10th and the head of the gorgon RoW. 1) put your 10 man tactical squads in Rhinos, it gives mobility, protection and most importantly (via the RoW) they can outflank, leaving your precious scoring units in reserve for a late game objective grab. 2) the predators look expensive, you have 50 points of upgrades alone on each tank. I would assign them a specific role, ie stick with the executioner cannon (anti infantry) or go autocannon/lascannons (anti tank). Machine spirit is expensive, armoured ceramite is also wasted on such a light tank. In my experience predator chasis vehicles go down to side and rear armour shots. Save AC for land raider type vehicles. 3) personally, I don't think the iron father upgrade is worth the points. Unless you're going for the fluffy list.. 4) two HQs at this points level is probably too much and will leave less points to spend on the rest of your army. You can take castellax in your elites slot (without the need for a cortex controller with HotG) for a slight reduction in the units efficiency. Although, T8 castellax are tough!
