The helmets look pretty good, and I think they'll look even better with the face plates painted gold instead of red.

The Contemptor... is definitely my least favourite so far... The legs are ok, but the chest detail and the 'ears' look terrible. The details look really rushed and don't live up to the quality of the previously released Legion specific Contemptors.

I'm ambivalent about the Dreadnought. I think it's alright, but I know it could have been so much better. As it is, I'll probably build one stock. The other though, i want to convert to look more like this:

I'm rather underwhelmed with the Contemptor personally, it seems quite amateurish compared to some of the really awesome ones for other legions. The sculpting on the chest in particular is very simplistic and not in a good way in my opinion. The only contemptor that isn't better for me is the Raven Guard one.

I look forward to seeing what Athrawes does because I'm sure it will be far more fitting.

The helmets are rather nice and I like the idea of them putting out more unique legion-specific variants of armour. Would have been cool to have torsos like the praetor set the UM get.

I quite like it. Tbh, I think a nice and gritty half-decent paint job would help. I'm really not a fan of shiny marines as is.

The helmets are indeed lovely, have to concur

Toooootally agree.

That scheme looks incredible on the marines as they have lots of small detail and it's shaded well.

On the Contemptor however, it makes it look like a toy.

Unpainted it looks quite nice though - you should get one for your shattered legions and paint it up all gritty ;)
