Mechanicum knight war cohort

Hi guys, i am trying to create an army based on mechanicum sided imperial knights, and i was wondering: what is you pitch on this? I like the walker theme, so my first take is an household detachment with two skitarii dragoons/ballistari fornation:

My fear is that the two cavaliers formations are way too redundant (i really like the theme though) what do you suggest?

I really like the theme! Its all how you play it, avoid the high Strength stuff like MCs, Dreads, Fists that can really harm your striders. Be sure to use cover when you arrive off reserves. Leave that to the Knights.

 

Personally i would stick with the Taser Lances for Dragoons.
