2500point, Night lords & imperial fists shattered legion

I think I've created a usable shattered legion list (that has some sort of fluff) concerning the Artramentar, the terminator elite of the night lords. With their leader: Sevatar...

Sev and the shield terminators are in the flyer, the terror squads will have to and try and survive the first turn, and one of the dreadnaughts deep strikes in and kills stuff.

Wheres your Imperial Fist HQ to make this a Legal Shattered Legions List?

Night Lords.... and Imperial Fists?  What is the logic behind this?  There were no shattered Legions in the early portion of the Crusade where these two Legions would work together (that all ended after Kurze almost murdered Dorn).  Are these evil jerk Imperial Fists that have declared for the Warmaster (even then it's iffy since Kurze kind of did his own thing during the Heresy).  Also, as above, needs an extra HQ from the Fists.
