Can I hide behind cover, move out in the movement phase, "shoot" a psychic power from a bike Libby in the psychic phase, turbo boost behind cover in the shooting phase, then if my opponent doesn't shoot at me claim that I never made a jink save and repeat the process at full BS the following turn? I can take a bike Libby with interromancy or something with lots of shooty powers, shoot every psychic phase, then give up the shooting phase for more movement! LOL! I'm doing it!
