Rylds Daemon WIP Thread

Recommended Posts

I thought I'd post up some of my daemon stuff that I have been working on. This is the next army I will be working on once the ETL has finished.

These guys originally started as my WHFB army, but with the death of the game I have decided to move them over to 40K, so slowly removing the square bases and fitting them to round ones.

Anyway, here are some pics of completed models so far:

This is one of my favourite models in my daemon army, the Nurgle DP. A mate did the green stuff work on both the DP and the counts as Skull Cannon. Both models were enjoyable to paint.

My Plaguebearers and Herald. 40 of these guys are done, just another 10 to go. Please ignore the model holding the severed dwa...Squat head. I was doing a demo game for my FLGS's AoS league. unsure.png

The first 10 Bloodletters. Another 30 to go.

My counts as GUO. Kromlechs Rotten Butcher. One seriously cool model.

My Slaanesh DP. The Trygon tail was a bit big so he'll have to use a big oval base. dry.png Only really made him up as I'd seen one floating around the net and thought it looked like something that I'd want to build and paint.

Lastly for today, my Beasts of Nurgle. Ignore the square bases, they will be replaced with the appropriate round ones.

So that's a start on my new look daemons. Still a lot of models on the shelf to base swap and paint.

Cheers

The Slaaneshi DP is reminiscent of Daemon Fulgrim... just needs more arms

I ended up finding a spare arm, so I took a break from my ETL Templar painting and did a bit of work on the DP.

It needs a bit of green stuff under the arm, but other than that it is ready to paint when I have finished my Vow for ETL
