The body and head are the Salamander Termi from the new Deathwatch set, the arms and weapon are a DA Deathwing Halberd of Caliban and the pauldrons are from Chaos Terminators. I need to do a little more work on him, especially his one leg. Kinda rough shaving off Salamander iconography. I had that idea some time ago, and I used that on my old Raptor army back in 2011. When I saw his head and the respirator nozzles on his head I thought that that would make a cool slaaneshi marine conversion bit. Your painted sergeant looks pretty brutalized.
