Nice conversion work on the tactical marines. The terminator is very interesting though, would like to know what parts you made him from, especially his head.

The body and head are the Salamander Termi from the new Deathwatch set, the arms and weapon are a DA Deathwing Halberd of Caliban and the pauldrons are from Chaos Terminators.

What he says is truth. I need to do a little more work on him, especially his one leg. Kinda rough shaving off Salamander iconography.

I managed to prime the Death Guard last night, and got a hefty wash of Agrax on them, I'm going for a r

REALLY dirty look for them.

Grenades on the shoulder....?

Grenades on the shoulder....

Grenades on the shoulder!

Such a good idea!

Thanks! I had that idea some time ago, and I used that on my old Raptor army back in 2011. It seems like a good place to put them, it seems like they'd be an easy reach.Although, getting shot in the shoulder....I dunno...

I'm not overly concerned about competitive play, as my group is not to heavy on competition. Besides, if I want to play competive, I'll play my Tau.

Here's my Death Guard list I came up with.

32nd Siege Assault Century, 5th Great Company, XIV Legion: 3,000

Mortarion, The Reaper, The Deathlord, Primarch of the XIV: ***

            -The Reaping

Varos Khaeba, The Deathbringer, World-Burner, Siegebreaker: 180

-Artificer, thunder hammer, boarding shield, 3 phosphex bombs, rad grenades

Apothecary Triad: 210

-3x, all artificer, power swords and augury scanners

Trenchsweeper Tactical Squad: 345

-20x, vexilla, nuncio-vox, extra ccws, sarge artificer and power fist, rad grenades

Bloodreaper Breacher Squad: 400

-20x, vexilla, 4 volkite chargers, nuncio, sarge artificer and thunder hammer

Flamebringer Heavy Support Squad: 250

-10x, all heavy flamers, chem-munitions, sarge artificer, augury scanner

Linebreaker Heavy Support Squad: 300

-10x, all autocannons, sarge artificer, augury scanner

Heartbreaker, Sicaran Venator: 250

            -Armoured ceramite, lascannon sponsons

Corpse-Mashers Grave Warden Squad: 300

-7x, 2 chainfists, heavy flamer with chem-munitions, rad grenades

Deathrain Medusa Squadron: 340

-2x, phosphex shells, extra armour on both, twin-linked bolters on both

EDIT:

First Death Guard Marine done.

Thanks for letting me know about the terminator parts. When I saw his head and the respirator nozzles on his head I thought that that would make a cool slaaneshi marine conversion bit. Your painted sergeant looks pretty brutalized.
