ShinyRhino
Just a quick question. I've not bought the newest Tac Squad box, since I am swimming in previous edition Marine sprues. Are the arms in the new kit paired by number, like those in the Sternguard kit? In that kit, you must use arm A with arm B in order for the weapons to line up properly in the grasping hands. Is this the same in the Tac Squad kit? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323128-new-tac-squad-arms/ Share on other sites
Stercus
They are matched pairs, but there are a lot of extra arms as well that are either doubles of other pairs or just individual left or right arms too. Overall, it's a far superior kit to the previous incarnation, although the fact that the hands are now attached to the weapons instead of the arms took a little getting used to. ShinyRhino
Thank you kindly for the info. After dealing with the Sternguard kit, I'm finding I like the hands molded to the weapons quite a lot. Less fiddly than slicing off grips. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323128-new-tac-squad-arms/#findComment-4417522 Share on other sites
Stercus
Makes for nice easy magnetisation too. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323128-new-tac-squad-arms/#findComment-4417598 Share on other sites
