Iam playing 40k abaut 3 years. I start with minis from Dark Vengance boks. I decide to paint my army in colours of the black legion. Here are some photos of my painted army.

Last photo is my wersion of bringers of decay nurgle marines from black legion.

 

I start also chaos renegades as second army. Mixing parts from cadians, catachans, empire militia, flagelants, great swords ( WFB) and chaos marauders ( WFB)

Backpacks made from plastic pipes glued one inside other. I want effect similar to FW renegades.

Command team HQ 12 guys with plasma gun and autocanon, arch demagogue with bolt pistol and power fist. I want them to fit in chimera so 12 guys.

I really like the look of the army: The Nurglite Marines and the paintjob on the Daemon Prince are my favourite parts, I think. One suggestion, though: I think you should add some kind of loincloth or codpiece to the Daemon Prince, as he looks like he forgot to put on his pants right now ;)

 

The Traitor Guard detachment also looks promising! Looking forward to seeing more updates from you!

These look like a great start to a beautiful force. I'd say you need more armour but I'm an Iron Warrior player

Thanks for the good words. Iam still building army. For painting is waiting 10 CSM, windicator, defiler, 5 bikers, another rhino. I know I need more firepower.

Nice work mate, you and I have similar tastes!

 

I like the back pack solution, I have been meaning to try the same thing for hydraulic pistons on my dreadnought. They work perrfect for plague cultist backpacks, I might steal that idea if you don't mind.

 

I like the demon princes too, I was think ing of attemppting to sculpt some faces on my rhinos,or where ever really.
