How are knights transported?

Is anything known about what surface to orbit vessels carry knights to voidcraft? What void craft usually transport them, and what is the preferred method for deploying knights when assaulting s planet?

 

Pretty sure they need something bigger than a thunderhawk to bring them to and from a planet surface.

According to DoW III's trailer... they just fall from the sky, extend their limbs and unleash death...

 

But I'd think normally they have one of those lifter transports that are made to carry around Baneblades and Warhound Titans

I'd imagine it to be a smaller version of drop ship that Titans use.

I sold the book, but there was a fluff bit in Kauyon that described their deployment. My memory is hazy but it sounded like giant drop ship containers like Titans use.

I always assumed giant drop pods

The titan's pods are described as large rectangles, I'm sure it's in the Iron Hands SMB book.

I think the ipad game freeblade has a transport or two, but that may just be a dark angel's ship.
