Mellow
Has anyone else been reading this mini series? It's quite good I think, just wondering if anyone knows how many books it will be? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323751-wolf-trap/ Share on other sites
DarkChaplain
It's 8 parts total, making up a full novel. We discussed it a bit in the Lost King thread Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323751-wolf-trap/#findComment-4437549 Share on other sites

RobMac
Yep, eight parts which will be combined into a single, physical novel later this year. There'll also be an audio drama spin off. Glad you're liking it so far Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323751-wolf-trap/#findComment-4438309 Share on other sites
Kelborn
Oh hello! We got an author right here. Though I've heard pros and cons of your series, I'm quite interested and likely give it a shot when it is released as hard copy. As I haven't read them by now, I'm curious how you're Wolves might be. Like 30K Abnett / Wraight or like 40K King / Wraight / ADB? Or are you trying to give them a different theme? If you don't want to discuss openly, you can also pm me if you want. Glad you're liking it so far Did someone say audio drama?! As audio is my preferred format this has peaked my interest, may have to grab the Hardcover release and follow up with the audio if it's of decent length and quality! thanks for the insider tidbit Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/323751-wolf-trap/#findComment-4438859 Share on other sites

I think their closest relative is ADB Wolves, but I guess they're a bit of a blend - I read King a decade ago and it was highly inspirational, but in terms of the immediate research I read ADB's work. Hopefully it impresses - I've seen the cover produced for it, and at the very least the artwork is amazing! Awesome and congratulations on your first audio drama, 40k has been a bit starved of new material audio drama releases for a good year or two now so looking forward to it!
