It would be super beards if you shot out of it then said your opponent t couldn't shoot in just because you magnetized the doors closed. Doors blow open thus creating more debris/ dust/ smoke. Dread starts firing through the dust cloud and the enemy fires back. Both have are obscured - I think this is the intention. Now with a cap (low or high) he becomes even less likely to be played. The cap Shoudl have removed the gets hot on a 2 rule though. 12 plasma shots isn't unbalanced at all IMO.
