Bought a space hulk Lorenzo, noticed skewing. Help to fix?

So I managed to buy a Space Hulk sergeant Lorenzo from a friend, when I looked closer, the head protection part was skewered, like in this picture I photoshoped. I wonder if anyone knows a way of fixing this since I feel it is in a lil way ruining the details of the model.

The 'best' fix is to correct and resculpt with green stuff - but to be honest I'd fear doing more harm than good. I can't recall quite how he goes together (painted mine ages ago), but maybe a swap out from a normal termie if you have a spare?

Hm yes good idea, made me start thinking. Resculpting might be for the best. I do have some oyumaru instant-mold that I could use on another terminator and get a greenstuff mold from and put into place where I cut away the damaged part. Thanks for the suggestion!

I might be too late to this party, but you should be able to just replace the whole piece with a standard termie torso front - I used a dark Angels deathwing robe for my conversion of Lorenzo no problems, so a normal torso should fit fine too
