Ahazra Redth
Not sure if this should go here, but if it needs to be moved it will... The World Eaters transfer sheet comes with some transfers showing markings from the Hounds of war, the pre-Angron legion. How would these be used? Would they be extra markings to show those who had been around since the beginning, or would some marines have just kept that iconography and not done the World Easters icons? BrotherCaptainArkhan
Not to sound flippant, but if you read Betrayer, you will have a good idea of which marines might have kept the old Legion iconography (and the fact that the book is widely regarded as one of the best Black Library books around doesn't hurt either). Both your ideas are valid points, though :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/324286-hounds-of-war-iconography/#findComment-4453395 Share on other sites

That explains the Bunny ears. The Hounds transfers are a way to show the "Old Guys". After Angron and the Nails the recruits were World Eaters.
