Sororita tactics?

So i seen a view batreps on youtube and i wondered if using Celestine with an army is the only tactic out there.

I myself have been thinking about using Repentias in a borrowed Landraider and have them do the combat stuff, maybe even a character that cant be instakilled to block any stray bullets that might come there way when i charge in, for maximum impact.

So any other tactics that might work that do not involve a living Saint?

A knight costs less then a LR+repentia and does more.

you could be runing a naked or only combi weapon armed leader, instead of the saint to save points for dominions and stuff.

Are you looking for global tactics? We've got an increasingly lengthy set of "unit of the week" tactica's in the pinned resource thread.

Besides capitalizing on Celestine there are many different ways to run the Sisters. To be honest I haven't used her in a while, except when I am feeling exceptionally choppy.

I don't like to bring Celestine a lot for fluff reasons, so I enjoy running a Canoness. If you are looking to use the other 2 HQ choices in the Codex, it would probably be good to look at the following Unit of the Week threads:

Unit of the Week VI - The Canoness

Unit of the Week VII - Ministorum Priests/Jacobus

I know but iam limited to just 1 Knight as i only have 1. It does have multiple options.

And i might use 3 Avengers on heavy instead of 3 Excorsist, i saw a batrep where one proxied that DA flyer, wich is kind of brilliant imo as it does have a Sororitas feel to it.

I use the IK and sometimes use canoness with protection stuff (rosarius and mantle/ophelia) on a ADL quad gun. Take her CCS with hospitaller and four heavy bolters and sit behind ADL shooting things.

I'll have to second the Avenger as I'm converting a nice stand-alone model I found to one and am looking forward to that (+exorcists of course). Use basic sisters for objectives or blob defense squad on your objectives. Perhaps Fast Attack to move around and counter opponents movements or threats, but not to take them on head-on. Win by playing objectives and focus-firing down their threats.

Used a 1-2 punch (i think thats what you could call it) yesterday, Repentias in Rhino moving behind said Imperial Knight. Its very funny to see said Repentias using there can openers to take down the opposing Imperial Knight.

The Excorists i used did what it usualy does, a whole lot of standing around looking like a pretty piece of metal. Its good i brought that Avenger as it did as intended, destroy stuff.

If you take the canoness, you might also want to check out the tread of the week on the sister command squad.

Between those 2 units you can really build a unique HQ unit with ton of options. And unlike other codexes there are not any must have options. All the options are good and are priced well.
