Dragonlover
I've got a hankering to paint some Fallen, and they would still have a lot of their pre-Fall symbols. Have any of the various 'mystic Orders' symbols been revealed yet, or is it just make it up as you go along? rendingon1+
Deathwing has 2crossed swords. Source: DA Terminator form HH6. Dreadwing has something to do with a hourglass. Certainly not 40k Star Phantoms symbol - in Angels of Caliban it was described as a skull (single) in the hourglass. Wait. What do you mean by mystic orders? Charlo
Sadly we've not been too schooled on the DA Iconography yet, only bits and pieces (pretty much what rendingon1+ said). BUT we know that checker patters were pretty common & Calibanites tended to wear green robes etc Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/324405-someone-school-me-on-the-current-dark-angel-iconography/#findComment-4456641 Share on other sites
Dragonlover
By mystic orders I meant all the little sub cults and stuff the Dark Angels would join as they rose through the ranks and learnt more and more secrets. There's a line in Unremembered Empire about the Lion having all of them on his armour. rendingon1+
I thought it referred to hexagramaton which is 6 wings/hosts of the DA. Again if you look at abovementioned DA termie, there's a six pointed star behind crossed swords of the Deathwing. That's the symbol of hexagramaton. If that's not what you're looking for I'm afraid there is very Little info generally.
