Fire Raptor should be 220 with the cannons, no? The quad launchers are 140 for two if you give them shatter shells, otherwise you're just throwing out frags. 14-man assault squads without that 15th guy for another power weapon makes me sad in an indescribable way, but I'm not sure where you would start to cut. First instinct is Javelin for cheapest module to swap out that would just about perfectly cover all the costs, but having an assault cannon one is too cool not to play. Maybe a cheaper HS instead? Would have to go real cheap like Vindi or Scorpius.

In the new army list book the fire raptor is 200 points and the reaper cannon upgrade cost two melta bombs. Have i to pay for each turret seperate?

I played the quad plain with frag. they hit 35times in their best round. :) Although the upgrade would help to pop some rhinos.

I had so much attacks with the 14 men squad i only needed the axes one time to finish the last marines so i don´t see a need for the third pw.

I either field next time blood angles in rhinos (to field the BaC Marines) or i try the DoR a second time.

You can interpret what is written two ways. One that it's a typo and you are meant to upgrade each bolter to an autocannon for 10 points. The other is RAW that only gives you one weapon system in exchange for both heavy bolters. How do you play it?

Those are way too big to be mere rotor cannons but work great as assault cannons. You need to get three 1s on a single roll. The only annoyance is you have to roll each dude separately.

Yeah, but needing several dice of 10 colors, and then actually picking them out properly is a bit difficult unless your dice discipline is off the charts and you keep this unit's dice in a separate location for easy access. My dice discipline is non-existent.

Are you solo dropping the moritat?

Also unless you have EW or a 3++ save never give your warlord an unwieldy weapon! He will get smushed by a lucky vet sarge in a challenge at I1

Blood Angels also have access to the Blade of Perdition, arguably a better option with Ap2 at initiative, innately Master-Crafted and doubles any wounds it causes.

I want to try a dual hand flamer moritat for twelve auto template hits lol, yea it may be wounding on 5's but if you get like 70 hits you will be rolling ork levels of dice!

Nope - Maximum hits from Chainfire is 12, regardless - FAQd to stop what would otherwise be an infinite loop of rolling unit a unit it deleted under hand flamers.

Feel free to pay loads of points for 12 lasguns hits though :P

Had yesterday my 2500 game against Dark Angles.

Moritat got 11 hits with his infernus on the Typhoon Tank but only los 3 HP thanks to armoured ceramite.

Typhoon then instagibs 9 of 10 men from my ten man squad. The big blob got in a fight with 10 terminators and 20 taktikals with cc weapons and consul priest.

I managed to kill 5 Terminators and the Praetor killed the Consul in a challenge.

The Dreadclaw was great in putting 5 melter marines in place and flying over the battlefield killing 2 terminators and a bunch of taktikals.

Also took my vetarans in for a ride. I love that pod.

My vehicles managed to destory the typhoon finaly in turn 5 and one lionly melter tactical destoyed the Leviathan by escape with a snapshot. :D

It was a great game with alot of crazy fun moments.
