Word Bearer Chapter closest to Cults?

Does anyone recall which specific Heresy Word Bearer Chapter(s) might be the most closely associate to Cult Militias (Ushmetar Kaul, etc.)?

 

I'm guessing maybe the Flayed Hand, Trifold Crown, Inscribed or Twisting Rune as these were at Calth where a large number of Militias were deployed maybe?

 

Though, I'm not looking strictly for Calth Chapters / Militias.

The Chapter of the Unspeaking, who appear (sort of) in The Underworld War, are another possibility. There is a scene with specific mention of their cultists – ritually mutiliated by the removal of their tongues. Given the nature of the Word Bearer's dissembling pseudo-Chapters on Calth, it's entirely possible (likely, even) that the Unspeaking field their cultists elsewhere, too.

 

The Chapter of the Osseous Throne is mentioned as specialising in infantry wave attacks; so I'd suggest they'd be a good candidate for fielding lots of cultists, too.

 

The Chapter of the Trifold Crown specialise in attritional warfare. Circumstantial, but you might like to interpret that as using lots of cultists to wear down defenders?
