I am curious if people think Power fists or TH are too expensive? I am assuming a few Chain Fists for cracking armour/dreads if required? Terminus Posted August 19, 2016 Share Posted August 19, 2016 Power fists for everyone at a minimum, at least one chainfist for first five, at least two up to eight strong, and three for a full boat. Axes can be tempting as a cheap option, especially when you have furious charge or some other S bonus, so you're wounding marine stuff on a 2+, but when you're not getting an extra swing anyway, the power fist has no downsides for a 5 point +3S upgrade. When you come across 2W terminators or automata, you will regret cheaping out. Dual lightning claws would be a nice upgrade to a lot of those furious charge or similar terminators to use as a bully squad vs lesser opponents, but they are too expensive when you're spoiled for marine killing ability elsewhere. 15 points per dude and give up gun? Really? At 5 points per guy I would consider it. Oh well) 2x CB (melta) & PF Mine are suited in cat armor since only half the squad has shields and are a generalist unit.
