BolterTama
Hello everyone, I would use the new models deathwatch veterans to recreate the acolytes of the Inquisition: any advice? symbols to be avoided? a possible color scheme? Thank you all Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/325748-deathwatch-veterans-conversion-to-acolytes/ Share on other sites
Nicodemus Doloroso
Are you thinking of using them as acolytes in power armour? With inquisition colour can be whatever you want. I would avoid deathwatch colours though so that it's clear that they are not marines. You should try to somehow tone them so they're clearly regular humans in power armour not space marines. Not sure how to do that, maybe use regular human (Cadian or Scion) heads, leave off the shoulder pads, use something smaller (3rd party bitz) for the backpacks. Grotsmasha
As, above. To avoid confusion, changing the silhouette away from the classic SM is the best path. Different head, shoulder pads and power plant will definitely achieve this. Either Cadian or Scion heads would work, you could source 3rd party power packs or trim down and rearrange SM packs. Stercus
Skitarii backpacks might work. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/325748-deathwatch-veterans-conversion-to-acolytes/#findComment-4499184 Share on other sites
