With Guilliman on the board you really don't need Remus Ventanus - his army buffs aren't worth the cost.

You have a Spartan - I'm assuming it's to transport the Suzerains? Why not take a normal Landraider and save a lot of points. Imo one of the best things about the Ultras is that they don't need to invest in a Spartan to transport their Primarch and bodyguard. A Raider can transport Suzerains, Guilliman, an Apothecary AND a Centurion. Another advantage of this is the Landraider is a dedicated transport for the Suzerains which frees up a Heavy Support.

You can't take relics without your opponent's permission as per a FW FAQ so it's not advised to build a Centurion or Tactic around it.

The Locutarus are decent, though I prefer starting them on the board in a unit of 10 and not really worth spending the points on hand flamers or Plasma Pistols.

What's the main reason for you to bring the Damocles? To help bring the Locutarus in on turn 2? I'm not sure it's worth the investment outside of a force built around reserves.

You should be making use of Guilliman's buffing rules so an example of that would be 2 Sicaran Tanks with Tank Hunter for efficient vehicle removal or 2 Deredeo Dreadnought with Implacable Advance for holding objectives whist grinding down transports/flyers. This is imperative and one of the main reasons to take the Primarch alongside his leadership buff and seize protection.

So potentially look to drop the Heavy Support with Volkites, the Damocles and Ventanus, exchange the Spartan for a Raider, possibly exchange the Centurion in his current set up for a Chaplain or Forge Lord, look to bring in 2x Sicarans, Deredeos or even something like Vindicator Lasor Destroyers. Ideally you want to be able to destroy transports and tanks so that enemy troops are exposed for you to charge with the Locutarus or Primarch.

Also invest in an additional Tactical Squad for more objective secured.
