New vs. old Assault Squad?

I haven't seen the new Assault Marines in the flesh yet, but in every photo I've seen they look sort of squat.
Some people blame it on the poses or the angles the photos are taken in, but even in the 360 view I find that the legs look short and a bit chubby.
So I was wondering if anyone with both the new and the old kit could post a comparison photo.

I really like the new assault marine kit but I do think the leg proportions are out. The thighs seem to be particularly short, I'd also like to see if someone has the older legs to compare to before I put spacers in. Cheers

They're definitely short. Comparing them to the standard Tactical legs and B@C Mk IVs they're the same height as those legs, despite having a much more erect stance.

Wow yeah, you can really see it in the thighs there. Eyeballing it looks like a good 3-4mm difference between the knee joint and the hip from the picture.

The legs in the new assault marine box are terrible midget legs.. The reason was to make them level with older stuff while going for upright poses. You wont be impressed.
