loyalist bad guys?

Most of that will end up being found in the Forgeworld books, but they do exist. There is a short by Gav Thorpe that does feature a Loyalist Night Lord, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I would however recommend Child of Night by John French, although it's still up in the air on whether or not Zharost is a Blackshield, Loyalist, or Traitor.

The primarchs were pretty thorough in vetting their troops before massacring the loyalists. Even the Eisenstein took a massive pounding before escaping with only a few souls on board.

If there were any others that couldn't arrive in time for their execution for whatever reason, they would be few in number. In my opinion, there are a greater number of Fallen Dark Angels than loyalists from the Traitor Legions.

Now that I've said that, it would be cool to see a Kill Team or small group of loyalists running around fighting for some shred of honor after the shame of their brethren fell on them.

There were whole armies of Loyalist & Blackshield Legionaries from Legions which sided with the Warmaster - that's pretty much what the entirety of FW's Book 6: Retribution was about.

Although the Traitor Legions were relatively successful at exterminating the Loyalists from their primary fleet(s), each Legion had sub-divisions spread over dozens of Expeditionary Fleets, and each reacted to the Heresy independently.

Although I can't recall any direct mentions of Loyalist Night Lord forces, FW's Heresy series has made reference to Loyalist Death Guard and World Eater armies, such as warriors bearing the heraldry of the Dusk Raiders and Endryd Harr's troops respectively.

There was a group of loyalist night lords referenced in book 4 that took "midnight clad" against the traitor forces.  So they exist.  But who they where/what company and commander they followed is unknown.  That being said, there is a Rite of War in book 6 that talks about loyalist members for traitor legions, so all legions could have had loyalists that fought in some numbers.
