So am I right that I can add the Apothecary to the Assault squad?

What would u think about the HQ:

- is it tooo point heavy?

- someone in the Assault Marines

- an Freaky guy which will driving with the Butchers in the Raider

- Jetbike

or what would you mean could be the best in this list for?

I always have a hard time looking at someone else's world eater list and not trying to make it into what i run, so i'll try to keep with what you have...at 2000pts, you absolutely want to be running the legion RoW, so you'll need a 3rd troop option.  I also tend to think that a dreadpod is a must for Leviathans.  I would  do away with the vindicator and one or both of the contemptors in favor on a dreadpod for the Levi and another troops selection.  

 

Maybe ditch the vindicator and 1 of the contemptors, then put your butchers in a dreadclaw, and the other contemptor and levi into dreadpods.  That would let you bring the butchers and levi down on turn 1, which would be fun, and if you can fit in another assualt squad to run the RoW you would force the opponent to deal with the levi/butchers while your assault squads made their way up the board.

Red Butchers should always be in a dreadclaw. Dropping the Raider gets you enough points for a DDP for your Levi. I would consider dropping the Kheres Cortus to put the CCW Cortus in a Dreadclaw as well. At that point you could probably run the list as a Crimson Path to pump up the Feel no pain on your infantry units as well since they can all Deep strike into the enemies deployment zone. I would also leave the Vindicator with its demolisher cannon or try and find the points to upgrade to a Venator. 

 

Alternatively you could drop both Cortus for a 2nd Vindicator, and a DDP for the Levi if you are concerned about AT. If I was you I would be worried about Deathstar type units than vehicles though.
