Condensing bits box?

Should I be worried about cutting torsos and putting them in a thing from say all the boxes i bought and then when i want to build say a tactical Marine I look in there get a power armor torso and legs and add arms and the applicable weapon? 

 

Why i ask is i have the collecting space Marines and the Assault Marines boxes on sprues but can't remember how many sprues eac was :O

If you can think of a reason that keeping them separate matters, then keep them separate. Otherwise, IMO it's fine to have them all in one place. More variety if a unit has parts from different kits, which makes for a more interesting army.
