Noxnoctis22
I have the opportunity to get my hands on a "Start Collecting! Militarum Tempestus" box set and I was thinking of converting the Scions into a Inquisitorial Henchmen Warband, mainly Acolytes, Psykers and Mystics. I plan on pairing them with a Deathwatch army I'm starting. Any suggestions or tips? Or links with some images of this already done? Thanks. Hrolf the Cunning
I think the scions will be potentially good for representing acolytes, not so sure about the psykers and mystics though. Are you open to the prospect of purchasing anything else to represent them? Noxnoctis22
Yeah I figured they'd be an easy convert to the Acolytes. I'm open to suggestions for models for the Psykers/Mystics. Major_Gilbear
I'm open to suggestions for models for the Psykers/Mystics. Fantasy Empire Flagellants maybe? They are nice models, reasonably cheap, scale well with other humans, and are a popular choice. Hrolf the Cunning
I agree with the flagellant suggestion especially if you are looking for robed options. Another line that may be worth looking at is some of the new Genestealer Cults stuff that has some different armour style that is pretty nifty. That's a great idea: by removing the Genestealer Cult iconography, and using the spare Scion heads, you can get some good-looking non-Imperial Guard troops without much difficulty from the Neophytes squad. The Neophyte kit comes with *loads* of cool weapons too. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/327237-converting-militarum-tempestus-into-inquisition/#findComment-4544681 Share on other sites
