Calth/Prospero Box sets Load outs

I have the Calth box set, and I will be picking up the Prospero set. I am wondering what everyone's opinion is as to unit load outs. I have narrowed my legion choices down to four: Space Wolves, Thousand Sons, Alpha Legion, and Iron Warriors. I have been waiting for the Book 7 to drop before I confirm legion.

I have been thinking of making legion veterans out of all of the basic marines. It seems that only heavy bolters come with prospero, and I know that Calth has only heavy bolters and missile launchers.  Same as special weapons.

I have been also leaning to loading out both sets of terminators with lightning claws. Or is some fire support better?

I have a contemptor that I have enough arms for either 2 twin-lascannons, or 2 power fists/storm bolters/flamers. Also with missile launcher option.

So I would have 2 contemptors. One either long range/combat, or 2 mid range support.

I have a breacher squad as well.

I have a couple of spare rhinos so I can have a couple of veterans or the breacher squad  in transports.

Basically what makes sense game wise?? Because I am really tempted to just build things the way that I think looks cool.

For me, Rule of Cool always wins out. Unless you're going to be playing in Tournaments, model what you like and enjoy playing it. The Calth Terminators are magnetisable for weapon swaps, and as soon as I have my BoP, I'll be looking to do the Tartaros as well.

If you'd like more specific "gaming" advice, head on over to the Age of Darkness sub-forum where they eat, sleep, and .... poop this stuff.

Cheers,

Jono
