Major_Gilbear
Did you know about the one in the bloody Empire wiza... Oh, sorry! In terms of GW models, I am only aware of the one on the Balrog (which is likely ridiculously large for what yo need anyway), the mutated arm stump-sword in the Chaos Possessed kit (er... yeah), and the one in the Empire kit you've discounted already. Beyond that you have to sculpt the flames yourself on a suitable weapon of your choice I think. Tutorials you say? Here's one by Brovatar (link). ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/327543-flaming-weapons/#findComment-4553184 Share on other sites

Isolia
Some hair bits can be used for that, e.g. the hair of a dark eldar succubus, or the new sisters of silence; or sisters of averlorn or what those elves from battle are called these days . They look like flames and can be glued to the tip of a weapon or exhaust. Phantomzero17
I know I've seen them on Shapeways before. If I find 'em I'll edit my comment with a link. Kierdale
It takes a bit of work but isn't too difficult to build up your own roiling, smoky-flames (on any weapon you like) with glue and clump foliage... I haven't tried on a melee weapon yet but I think it would work.
