Delegatus & Chosen Duty RoW

So here's the question.

For the Delgatus Consul type it has a Restriction, it reads.


 

- Restrictions: A Legion Praetor "or" Lord of War choice may not be taken in a Primary Detachment with a Legion Delegatus as its Warlord

 

My questions is does this mean you must omit either a Legion Praetor or Lord of War choice and it's a choice in list design?

Or does it mean you must omit both?

I take it as only omitting 1 of the 2 options as it reads "or" and not "and/or".

It means you cannot field either. Pretty clear really.
