From collecting to painting - next steps for my Ultras

Hi all,

 

Well, I have well and truly fallen into the age old trap.  Whilst my Space Wolves, Imperial Knights & Grey Knights have been working their way to completion, I have been getting things ready to go on the Ultramarine front. 

 

I have lots of unbuilt / semi built kits knocking around and have an idea of how I want each unit built.  The only problem is that, as much as I want to, I can't get the cash together to get them painted all in one go (I can't paint and have a fantastic B&C member paint for me!) so will need to split them up.  So, out of the following, what would you get painted up first?

 

I'm not aiming for a particular point limit or anything like that, just something that is playable (pride of the legion) the will form a good core from the list below.

 

Gut feel was the Chaplain, Suzerains, 2x veteran tactical squads, 2 rhinos and the sicaran or whirlwind.  Then adding the rest on in later doses....what do you guys think?
