Redfinger
Just bought a bunch of these bits to see what I can come up with for a truescale project. Has anyone done this yet? I would love to know what you have done with the waits area. Did you try incorporating a standard torso on to the legs? Did you keep the original torso and just shave things down? A. Grotsmasha
Yep, http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/y464/Grotsmasha/temporary_zps07914a23.jpg I used the Cataphractaii torso, leveled it straight back from the gorget, then used the overhead surround as the raised piece behind the head. I then trim down the power plant into a simile of the attachment point on the back of a PA torso. I've just looked at the Plastic Tartaros torsos, and they look even easier to work with. Commissar Molotov
My truescale Deathwatch have several marines made from Tartaros and Cataphractii bits. Hopefully they'll be of some use to you!
