Kastor Krieg Posted January 3, 2017 Author Share Posted January 3, 2017 Between the Christmas, New Year's Eve and how much detail the bloody thing has, progress has been steady but not fast. The amount of detailing in the body, armour and wings is purely absurd. Here's a preview of the armour and cloth shading progress, there are still edge highlights to be done, as well as more metallic shading. We're very keen not to cover up the great sculpting job done on Magnus' abdomen. That's why we are going to make a custom "belt buckle" bit and have it magnetized, the same with the main armour piece, so that they are easily swappable and Magnus can be presented in his full glory.
