Alternative Ogryns

So I'm planning on doing an Allied Detachment of Imperial Militia for my 30k DA army. I'd like a unit of Ogryn Brutes. I don't want to use GW Ogryn for two reasons A- I hate the really dumb look of the models and B- the militia will be Calibanite Jaegers and the DA/Calibanites hate abhumans. I have a couple of options, using the fluff that states that Ogryn can be gene-gholams, combat servitors, or other fairly mindless but deadly creatures.

 

Here's what I've come up with, do you guys have any suggestions?

I like these because they are clearly a mechanical construct, and with a decent paintjob could look quite unique compared to the black of the DA. Only thing I'm not too sure about is the heads, they're a bit too...meh for me.

Big, ugly, looks like something that the Tech-Priests would make. Simple but nasty model that should work decently.

Slightly bigger than the thrall, but might be too big for an Ogryn-analogue. Still, the aesthetics are nice and it looks like a mindless killing machine.

 

Any thoughts?

Out of the three you came up with, the Steam Ogres look the best imo. You could always replace the heads with something more to your taste.
