So here's another small update on my World Eaters Contemptor: This guy's actually much closer to being finished now:

The three Marines have been included to show how he matches my WE colour scheme reasonably closely ;)

More pictures can be found here.

After weeks of procrastination and RL business, I finally started to plough through the two drop pods I vowed. God I am happy I have an airbrush. I hate painting these, and I can´t even begin to imagine the suffering I´d have to go through painting these completely with a normal brush! Kudos to anyone who does. Massive kudos! Anyway, here´s a wip pic. smile.png

Some progress, I really do not know why I thought it was a good idea to paint a yellow titan wallbash.gif

You can still change to Legio Ulricon! Faded blue with bone downward facing chevrons.

I'm sorry, I can't take you seriously with a name like that on your avatar. "I am the Sire of the Iron Warriors, the Lord of Bitter Iron, the Hammer of Olympia, Bubbles McBub"

Tell that to the commander of my Minotaurs 3rd Company; The Scourge of Thretax, the Praetor of Hesios, "The Gorebringer", also known as Captain Choppy McChainsword.

Alright, guys: Here's my first finished entry for this event: Ancient Vaako, World Eaters Contemptor Dreadnought:

Many more pictures and a closer look at the model's background can be found here. Let me know what you think! :)

Made a start on the Iron Circle Domitar!

Just have the shield and base to go and he's done, so should have him done in the next few days with any luck.

Ended up finishing the Iron Circle.

@ Captain Semper My Iron Circle is now complete.

Also to help clear the decks as it were, the next thing I'm pledging is a single Legion Rapier with graviton cannon.

Ok lil update on the dakkablade... snapped a quick shot

Even with all my downwards lighting I need more directionals.

She's got about 6 hours in her so far... figure 2 more and she will be good.

Good test model for the Spartan and 2 rhinos pledged

Happy to say that my original pledge is now completed and I will avoid the title of oath-breaker. Here is a photo of my siegebreaker consul to prove it:

And here is a group photo of my complete pledge (with some additional veterans I had painted prior to being aware of the Loyalty and Treachery):

Now in my native Finnish there is a maxim that translates to: "Hunger grows as you eat." It doesn't really make any sense when referring to actual hunger, but it seems to be true for the Loyalty and Treachery as I feel like making a new pledge. So without further ado, here is a tactical squad, a chaplain consul and a praetor in cataphractii armor that I intend to paint in the remaining time:

Best regards,
