Yeah, unfortunately I cannot follow all the blogs - the pledges should be made in this thread so that I become aware. Be that as it may, I am now ware! :lol:

Breaking tradition, I'm posting my update today... Vindicator #2 is officially complete and with it, Vow #1 of Loyalty and Treachery has been fulfilled.

Painting motivation has returned! Finished my Lightning (really need a better setup to take pictures of big models, got the best I could) and the first 5 Tartaros terminators finished

So, now I have been distracted from my beloved Third Legion by the Thousand Sons, again this caused me some nerd rage, and the whole lot of the ones I’d painted up got stripped! I went a little crazy with did a one off model I was showing a friend how to paint metalics, I used the wrong red and couldn’t figure out why my existing ones didn’t match, so I got tinkering and well, the rest is a date with simple green and alcohol!!

 

I’ve batch painted the base colours on 9 marines, a Sorcerer Sgt and 5 Sekmet Termie conversions, so a lot has been done, however not that much is finished!!

Finally got my first few units done:

My Knight, Krios Venator, and Vorax. These should net me the Seneschal, Magos, Chaplain, and Centurion badges. smile.png

Which is doubly cool because for one thing, I have an open weekend, and I should be able to get them done quickly, and for another, they're the last models I need to paint for my Iron Warriors (minus the Tyrants when they come out). cool.png

Now keep in mind, only two days left to claim the Chaplain title! Those of you who will finish at least three legal units by March 15th, will be awarded the title!

 

Also make sure that everything is correctly repressed in the first page as per latest update and let me know if there are any problems!

For some reason I had got it into my head that the event finished on the 15th March not 15th April.

I may be able to get another unit pledged and finished after all.
