Sisters of Battle Crusader squad

I've been wanting to add something new to my Sisters and the new Codex: IA combined with the Fall of Cadia book gave me this idea, so I thought I'd run it by you. Using the Inquistorial Warband Formation:

 

The Unit:

 

Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor w 2 IP and Liber Heresius ---> Canoness

Three Acolytes with melta guns ----------------------------> Novice Sisters

5 Sisters of Battle with two melta guns --------------------> Initiates

Four Death Cult Assassins ----------------------------------> Repentia

Priest-------------------------------------------------------------> Priest

 

Land Raider Crusader

 

The models:

 

For the canoness I was going to use Greyfax with a handswap.

Novice Sisters I was thinking the old sisters of Sigmar from the Mordheim game but slightly more grimdark

Repentia I haven't decided yet.

 

In-game uses:

 

The main point though is that I think this unit could be competitive. It gives us:

 - A land raider that scouts

 - 7 melta guns that can split fire

 - a semi-decent (though not amazing) combat unit

 - only costs 270 points plus land raider

 - an extra warlord trait

 - It can be tooled up to be really specifically anti-psyker

 

So what do you think? Does this idea break with established fluff too much? And would it be of any help on the tabletop?

The battle sisters (deathwatch/gk) unit taken with the inquisitor does not merge into the henchmen unit - only units with the little '1' next to them.
