Homebrew Chapter [Shadow Lynx]

Hi everybody,

This is my first post on Bolter and Chainsword biggrin.png

I've been busy writing a homebrew Chapter Codex in several parts.

You should be able to read them if you've got the google document-thingy.

Please let me know what you think

Q: What do you think of the layout and the information in de Codexes?

Shadow Lynx - Codex Adeptus Astartus:

Shadow Lynx - Codex Chapter Organisation:

I Have reversed the division into Battalion, so i'm back to individual companies.

Q: next to the 9 SM companies, I have 5 scout-companies with 500 scouts in total. Is that acceptable in the 40K universe?

Shadow Lynx- Codex Armamentarium:

Shadow Lynx - Codex Historica Eventuum (very very early wip):

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1k_kWdjwhujSS82C2DkvLGUPmak7Meg33VVCwTHNhDKo

Q: Are these events possible in this timeline?

Q: the Fortress monastery Crusade and change of name, are those possible in the 40k universe?

It's possible this might be more at home in the Liber? I've not looked through your links yet but unless they're littered with art amongst all the text, they might not be suitable in the Forge, and hence not what people are looking for in this sub-forum.

Looks good as far as I can see, and I think that having larger numbers (but trying to conceal it) is an interesting idea. smile.png You may have covered this already, but bear in mind that scouts are generally the younger, newly inducted marines, so the Shadow Lynxes would need to have an incredibly large amount of recruiting world's to sustain that number of scouts.

As Draakur said, try in the Liber Astartes forum - I think that's for the homegrown fluff/rules, so you'll probably get a lot more interest there. Good work! thumbsup.gif
