I'll have a match in which I must use fortifications and I tried to make a list which would take advantage of the fortifications I already have.

I'll arrange the Defence Network as follows:

Redoubt - Line - Emplacement - Line - Bunker - Line - Emplacement - Line - Redoubt

 

Lascannons with Siege Breaker go to the bunker, Plasma Cannons to both redoubts and Culverins to the both emplacements. Tacticals man each of the lines and Veterans go top of the redoubts. Praetor and MoS goes with the Command Squad on top of the Bunker.

 

Would this work against Infantry heavy Death Guard list?

What's the praetor going to do? You aren't using a rite of war so he seems a bit wasteful. Have you considered a rapier battery, frag shells would cause a lot of wounds, also a medusa would be good to have a str 10 ap2 large blast or possibly a scorpius  for several str 8 ap3 small ones.

 

How many heavy support squads are you using? The way it's written makes it look like you have 5 which is over the max of 3.

 

The veterans might be better if they were replaced with a support squad, death guard resilience doesn't extend to plasma guns.

Hi,

We decided to allow double FOCs for the game.

I am trying not to take the otherwise obvious choice of Medusas or Thudd Guns since those are siege guns and I am besieged in this game.

 

Support Squads are a good one. I'll switch those Vets to them.

 

After finishing this list I guess I'll never want to paint any IH infantry again :)
