Order of the Sanguine Shroud

My 2000 point Imperium list uses all these tanks and a Taurox prime. I figure 6 tanks will make target decisions harder for my opponents. The three immolators are armed with immolation flamers and are filled with a 5 gal dominion squad equipped with 4 flamers and a combi-flamer. They get to vanguard move. Worst case scenario an immolation flamer can wound anything in the game on a 5+. So turn one in my list the opponent will have three of these immolators very close to BBQ range, as well as two exorcists and a taurox prime to shoot at.

I'm still evolving my list, but so far I am looking at the following:

3 company commanders with plasma pistols.

4 infantry squads. These are mostly just for bodies and to meet the requirements of my brigade.

3 scion squads with dual plasma guns and plasma pistol. These are for deep striking and shooting a target of choice with 5 plasma shots.

3 squads of vigilators with executioner great blades to stick with my infantry and counter charge.

1 vindicare assassin to shoot at enemy characters.

2 exorcists with storm bolters.

2 heavy weapon squads with heavy bolters.

3 dominion squads with 4 flamers and a combi-flamer; all transported in immolators with immolation flamers.

1 Taurox prime with autocannons and the taurox gatling canon.

Clocks in at 1950 right now. Still making some adjustments.

I just realized how much reach a vanguard immolator has. 12" vanguard move, plus 12" turn 1 move, plus 1d6 advance (3.5" average), plus 12" immolation flamer range (it's an assault weapon so it can fire after advancing). You can BBQ something 39.5" away on your first turn. Taking a quick look through the rule book I didn't see any no mans land larger than 24" on any of the deployment types. So turn 1 you can reliably be able to burn heretics in their deployment zone most of the time. Turn two you can disembark and continue burning heretics.

For fun, assuming my immolators survive the first turn, and assuming they have enough targets to shoot, my flamer dominions and immolators will be rolling 21D6 hits on turn 2, 6d6 of which are strength 5.

That's some fearsome mathshammer Micahwc, I love it - also your tanks look fantastic. Really like the variations on the design, a nice balance of ornamentation with utilitarianism.
